Travel Nursing Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910–$2040
- Assignment Type: ICU Travel Nurse (MICU/SICU/Neuro)
- Location: Martinsburg, WV 25401 – West Virginia healthcare jobs
- Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/25/2025 – End: 1/24/2026)
- Shifts: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am), full-time
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Rotation: Required
- Charting System: Epic EMR
ICU RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (West Virginia or compact state; willing to wait for license submission)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (required); TNCC (preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotations
- Strong clinical skills in critical care and high-acuity patient management
ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and manage patients on cardiac monitors, ventilators, and IV drips
- Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond to rapid response and code situations as needed
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
- Participate in unit orientation and ongoing clinical education
- Maintain professional appearance (navy blue scrubs, natural hair color, cover tattoos as required)
